BEHIND MAIN STREET

Yesterday's image of Main Street is the type of picture we like to show to North Bay visitors. Today I present an image of the back of the stores. Actually it is a very interesting view for photographers, looking for textures and designs. Oh yes Krys and Paul are right. This year the black flies are simply ferocious.

Yes, Mike, North Bay's back streets and alleys are most interesting. Not visitors' expectations, but very revealing and appealing to the camera's eye.

It's funny you took this picture and posted it today. Our office has been contacted by the new owner of this building to consult and do drawings for it's renovation. We were there today photographing and taking measurements. What a coincidence.

The back alleys can tell more about the heart of a community than the facades of main street. North Bay has a lot of these "Gee Whiz" locations.
